Marian Bantjes

I've been stalking galleries again in a quest to discover what colors and techniques would inform my background practice painting and my art in general.

As inspiration, a friend sent me this wonderful TED talk by Marian Bantjes about her journey toward a more personal form of graphic design. This is a wonderful, inspiring talk. Please watch it HERE.
HERE is her website:

Designs drawn in sugar.

Just look at her hand drawn snowflakes!

Her TED talk is something I've now bookmarked and watched several times. My favorite quote from her: "Inspiration is cross-pollinating."

I highly recommend her talk to any of you who wants to be inspired!
