Gallery in the Garden Art Show

Tonight I will attend an opening of a small art show, of which I am a presenter, at the Justin Smith Morrill Homestead, a lovely gothic "cottage" in Strafford, Vermont. This was the home of Justin Morrill (1810-1896), a US Senator from VT. He is most widely remembered today for the Morrill Land-Grant Colleges Act that established federal funding for establishing many of the United States' public colleges and universities. The Homestead is a lovely small estate, now run as an historic landmark.

I will be showing two black & white paintings in their barn/museum. They are also putting out a table with my new coloring portfolios for sale. It should be a nice evening.
